Common Running Injuries

Anyone involved in either competitive running or weekend warrior jogging is familiar with some of the aches and pains associated with this activity. When does the pain you experience with running become something to be concerned about? The answer is somewhat complex, but there are issues that are best handled with early intervention. For that reason, this article will simply list some of the more common problems that should be examined by a Physical Therapist if symptoms persist for more than two weeks.
